Digital Downloads
By purchasing a downloadable file, or clicking a downloadable link on this site you agree to only use that file for limited personal use.
You may:
Print an unlimited number of copies for personal use.
Print copies as gift for friends.
You may not:
Sell these prints, or castings of these prints or derivatives of the prints.
Copy, amend or alter the original digital file.
For a commercial licence, please contact us.
Definitions
In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning “the company” means Blades and Blasters. “Customer” means the customer of the company. “Contract” means any contract for the sale of goods by the company to the customer.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of the company's choosing but the company will attempt to comply with the customer’s selection. Carriage will be at cost to the customer and forms part of the invoice. Blades and Blasters aim to dispatch goods within 7 working days but please allow 28 days for dispatch.
Blades and Blasters reserves the right to cancel any order of it's choosing prior to dispatch. In this instance we will issue a full refund at the point of cancellation
Claims
Claims arising from damage delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to The company within seven working days of delivery. The company shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by the company promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged and return them to the company for examination.
Liability
- If the customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, the company shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the customer credit for their invoice value.
- If the customer establishes that any of the goods are defective the company shall, at its option replace them with similar goods or allow the customer credit for their invoice value.
- In no circumstances shall the liability of the company to the customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.
Returns
Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after order receipt date, as long as the items are in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. Failure to keep the items in an unused, resalable condition may result in a reduced refund.
